Club Registration
Welcome to our information page regarding Club Registration!
Club Registration will be on Saturday, March 27th, 10am-1pm, Laguna Middle School
In order to prepare for Club Registration, please review the following documents:
- Please read the age appropriate Information Sheets (click the title to view): YDA - U11-U13 - U14 - U15-U18
- Please review our Parent/Player Manual
- After reading the above two documents, please fill out the age appropriate player/parent contract and waiver - see below for attachments.
- Contracts and wiavers can be turned in to your team manager
- Please download and fill out two (2) copies of the US Club Soccer [PDF] and Cal South [PDF] player applications
- ** You can also download the US Club Soccer application in Word Format **
- Please remember to bring an original birth certificate or passport for each player and two (2) copies of birth certificate or passport to registration
- Review our Uniform Pricing
- You can also review our Registration Check-List (this will also be available on-site)
